How to remain motivated even after an unsatisfactory CAT 2019?

CAT or Common Admission Test, can surely be regarded as one of the toughest entrance examinations in the country. Anyone who holds a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA is eligible to appear for the computer-based test where the applicants are questioned based on the subjects of quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, reading, comprehension, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.

We as students get so worked up, that we often forget the aspect of focusing on our mental health during such high and tough rated entrance exams.

Being motivated every time is surely a tough job but isn’t impossible as you might think. Being sad and depressed with the unsatisfactory performance only adds to the problems and contributes to a lot of stress and tension. When you know if you keep on trying you might just work it out the right way.

It is also true enough that practice makes a man perfect- if not perfect in this case it might just throw some light on the aspects you might be lagging in. Lack of motivation also comes from not knowing the actual worth of the target you are trying to accomplish. Hence when you could figure out how much the CAT exams matter to you, you might be able to get a taste of the kind of success you seek by focusing your efforts on the next hurdles life throws at you.

Another way to remain motivated even after a dreadful experience is to stay sturdy on the track. Having a powerful and planned strategy will also serve as go-to savior overtime to keep you motivated.

Handling the aftermath of having a bad experience at CAT 2019 very smartly and without any stress while focusing on your mental status might also prove to be extremely helpful in coping up with the situation.

Acceptance of the fact that there is still a ray of hope should never be forgotten. You should remember that losing motivation also comes with the process of growing and does not stop you from reappearing in the years to come.

All in all, having a mindset of facing challenges head-on, learning from your mistakes and preparing wiser for the next installment will take you more ahead in life than simply clearing CAT in the first shot.

Always remember, it is not those who succumb to failure, but those who stand sturdy, are the ones who conquer their dreams and ambitions.
