Which Are the Best B Schools in India Other Than IIMs?

In India, we have 20 IIMs out of which the top 6 falls under a prestigious group called BLACKI. While most CAT aspirants want to get into IIMs, it is logically not possible as seats are limited. In most cases, the best of percentile holders fail to get a seat in one of the top 6 IIMs.

If you happen to find yourself at such a crossroad, there is no need to worry. India has some of the best business schools in the world, and if you have failed to secure a seat at one of the IIMs, you can surely get a place in other premier institutes.

Mentioned below are some of the most renowned and prestigious business schools in India, which are always on the hunt for bright and ambitious students like you.

  1. Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi

To be honest, FMS stands out all the criteria when compared to any IIM. Whether we talk about facilities or faculty, it holds a fair advantage. Over that, the fee structure is very affordable for any student which is only 50000 per year. The seats are limited to 200, so you better hurry up.

  1. Xavier Labour Research Institute, Jamshedpur

Among the oldest in the list, also known as XLRI is one of the top 5 B-Schools in India. Entrance exams are conducted by the institution themselves and in most cases is considered tougher than CAT. It is an expensive choice as the fees are around 17 Lakh but in all respects, the institute justifies the hefty price tag.
